About You
When was the last time you focused entirely on yourself?
Imagine a space where you can speak openly — without judgement — and feel truly heard.
Life can feel heavy. Especially when you’re holding a lot on your own.
You might be used to holding everything together- juggling work, ageing parents, family life, and putting your own needs to one side. Over time, that can take its toll.
You might be feeling:
• Overwhelmed with grief after losing someone you love
• Worried your relationship might be on the brink of ending
• Struggling with sleep because of stress
• Feeling guilty about anger or emotional reactions
• Close to burnout from work or daily pressures
• Navigating perimenopause or menopause and not quite feeling like yourself
• Overthinking, worrying, or unable to switch off
• Struggling with self-doubt or being hard on yourself
• Finding things overwhelming at times, including where ADHD, autism or AuDHD may be part of that
• Feeling disconnected, flat, or not quite yourself
You may also be living with a chronic health condition, or facing illness — your own or someone close to you.
From the outside, things might look fine. But inside, it can feel very different. You might feel like you’ve lost a sense of who you are somewhere along the way.
Or like something just isn’t quite right.
You don’t need to have the right words. We can figure that out together.
You don’t have to go through this alone. I offer a calm, confidential space where you can talk openly and feel supported.
Together, we’ll make sense of what’s going on — so you can feel more grounded, more in control, and more like yourself again.
Face-to-face and online sessions available.
About Me
Hello, I’m Lisa.
I’m a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist with over a decade of experience supporting people through a wide range of life challenges.
My background also includes coaching and hypnotherapy, allowing me to draw on a range of approaches depending on what feels right for you. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and client-centred.
I offer a safe, non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and go at your own pace.
I work with a range of experiences including grief, trauma (including complex trauma), anxiety, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.
Much of my work has been supporting clients navigating complex and often painful life experiences, and I understand how isolating that can feel.
I also integrate additional trauma-informed approaches where appropriate, depending on your needs.
Together, we’ll make sense of what you’re going through — gently exploring both what’s happening now and what may sit underneath it.
You don’t need to have the right words or know where to start.
We’ll figure that out together.
Reaching out can feel like a big step, and we’ll take things at a pace that feels right for you.

What to Expect
In our free initial consultation, we’ll talk through what’s been going on for you and what you’d like support with.
It’s a chance to see if we feel like the right fit to work together — there’s no pressure.
If we decide to continue, sessions are usually weekly, often at the same time each week.
Sessions can be held in person or online.
We’ll also talk about how you’d like to work together. This might be:
• A set number of sessions focusing on a specific issue
• Open-ended support, which we review together as we go
Together, we’ll find an approach that feels right for you.

Group Work and Programmes (Alongside 1:1 work)
Alongside my 1:1 counselling work, I also design and deliver trauma-informed group programmes for women navigating complex and often life-changing experiences.
This work is grounded in both my therapeutic training and my background in learning and development, allowing me to create structured, supportive spaces that combine reflection, shared understanding, and practical tools.
I have developed and facilitated programmes for women experiencing grief, trauma, and separation from their children — offering a space where they can feel less alone, begin to make sense of their experiences, and rebuild a sense of identity and self-worth.
These groups are not about fixing or rushing change, but about creating safety, connection, and the opportunity to be heard and understood in a different way.
