Hello, I’m Lisa.
I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and achieve their full potential. With over a decade of experience, I’ve had the privilege of supporting others in their growth while also undergoing my own personal journey through counselling. I understand how intimidating it can be to take that first step.
As a counsellor and psychotherapist, my mission is to support both your personal and professional growth. My approach is compassionate and client-centred, guiding you through the complexities of grief, trauma, and the stresses of everyday life. Whether you’re facing a significant life transition or simply need a space to process your feelings, I’m here to walk beside you.
I believe in empowering you to improve your well-being in every aspect of life. Through counselling, psychotherapy, coaching, and hypnotherapy, I create a space where you feel heard, supported, and inspired to move forward. Everyone’s journey is unique—you don’t have to face it alone.

What to Expect
In our initial consultation, we’ll take the time to get to know each other and explore your needs and goals.
This conversation will help us determine if my support aligns with what you’re looking for.
If we decide to work together, we’ll typically schedule sessions on a weekly basis, often at the same time each week.
However, I understand the need for flexibility, especially for shift workers, so we can arrange sessions at times that fit your schedule.
Sessions can be held in person or online, and we’ll discuss how you’d like to structure our work together. You might choose:
- A set number of sessions to focus on a specific issue
- An open-ended approach for ongoing, long-term support
Together, we’ll create a plan that works best for you.
